Job description

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:

The Manufacturing Systems & Business Analytics Analyst is responsible for the administration, optimization, continuous improvement, and day-to-day support of TDI's manufacturing business systems, operational analytics, and enterprise reporting capabilities.

This position serves as TDI's primary business systems analyst for Deltek Costpoint, Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP), manufacturing master data, operational reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence. The position partners closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Program Management, and Corporate IT to ensure manufacturing systems accurately support production planning, inventory control, product configuration, scheduling, quality, and executive decision making.

The Manufacturing Systems & Business Analytics Analyst is responsible for improving system utilization, reducing manual processes, increasing data integrity, developing business analytics, implementing automation, supporting future MES integration, and driving digital transformation initiatives throughout TDI.

Unlike transactional users of the ERP system, this position owns the continuous improvement of the business systems that enable the organization to operate efficiently and scale for future production growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

ERP Administration & Continuous Improvement

  • Serve as TDI's primary business systems analyst for Deltek Costpoint.
  • Support ERP implementation, optimization, upgrades, testing, and validation.
  • Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate solutions with Corporate IT.
  • Maintain ERP configuration documentation.
  • Evaluate new ERP capabilities and recommend implementation.
  • Improve ERP utilization across all departments.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Manufacturing Master Data Management

Own and maintain integrity of:
