Job description

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Manufacturing Plant Manager. We are seeking leaders from chemical manufacturing, plastics processing, polymer compounding, raw material processing, injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, thermoforming, rubber compounding, specialty chemicals, resins, additives, coatings, adhesives, industrial minerals, or other process manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of plant operations, including safety, quality, production, maintenance, and continuous improvement.

Experience in injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, thermoforming, polymer compounding, rubber compounding, or other process manufacturing is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success improving operational performance, developing people, and leading organizational change.
