Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Task Force Temporary Apartment Manager to oversee the daily operations of our apartment community in Gautier, MS. This temporary position requires a proactive individual who can manage tenant relations, coordinate maintenance, and ensure the property is well-maintained and compliant with all regulations during the assignment period.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the apartment complex, ensuring a safe and pleasant living environment for residents.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance requests and repairs, working closely with vendors and maintenance staff.
