Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Summary
Our client, a leading manufacturer of plastic packaging solutions, is seeking a Mechanically Inclined Machine Operator for a 3-month temporary project in Somerset, NJ. The ideal candidate will have experience operating manufacturing equipment, performing machine setups, and troubleshooting mechanical issues to maintain efficient production.
Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery.
  • Perform machine adjustments, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Monitor product quality and make necessary machine adjustments.
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
  • Report equipment issues to the maintenance team as needed.
  • Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist with material handling and production support as needed.
