Job description


We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to work an assignment that will last until October or November and hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Responsibilities:

  • Participates as necessary to complete daily tasks
  • Collaborate with all team members to ensure import shipment departing from our overseas vendors are processed in a timely manner
  • Monitors emails, and incoming documents to ensure response time is appropriate
  • Update tracking reports to assure duties are complete
  • Receive and reply to emails from International Vendors, confirm pricing and quantities, and receive product into our inventor
  • Confirm orders and shipping within our system and invoice our customers
  • Gather required documents, save them to the appropriate folder, and ensure all required documents are complete and accurate
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
Qualification:
  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Must have previous Logistics experience
  • Must have Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office; Understanding of SL10 System is helpful
  • Must have strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Must be able to work safely and abide by all company standards, policies, and procedures
