About the Role
Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a TransportationSupervisor to lead and oversee daily logistics operations,ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional team performance. Inthis position, you will manage workforce accountability, enforceregulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence. This rolerequires strong leadership, expertise in transportation logistics, anda commitment to safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Operations Management: Oversee logistics workforce,including drivers, clerks,specialists, and support staff.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Enforce DOT regulations, OSHA,C-TPAT,company policies, and safety protocols.
  • Talent Development: Train and develop team memberstomaintain operational proficiency.
  • Performance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with operationalrequirements, equipment usage, uniform policies, and productivitygoals.
  • Technology Utilization: Optimizeefficiency throughtransportation software and reportingtools.
  • Safety Leadership: Overseecompliance with DOT Hours ofService, Pre/Post-Trip inspections,and coordinate with the Safety department.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a culture of professionalism,qualityservice, and ethical conduct.

Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in management,transportation, orrelated field (or Associate's degreewith 4+ years'experience inlogistics/operations).
  • Provenleadership experience in operations, logistics, or terminalmanagement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365,transportation software (TMW,Peoplenet, etc.), and reportingtools.
  • Strong knowledge of transportation fleetmodeling, DOTregulations, and C-TPAT compliance.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-pacedenvironment.
  • Strong organizational skills andattention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license andeligibility for company vehicle insurance.
