Job description

Adecco is looking to hire Document Processors to work on assignment at our client Citigroup, or one of its affiliates. This is a long-term opportunity that could go Temp to Hire for star performers!!

No experience required! This role is based in a fast-paced mail center and is perfect for someone who enjoys structured, repetitive work and variety throughout the day. You’ll primarily process documents, with opportunities to support mailroom, scanning, data entry, and payment processing. Some tasks are seated, others require standing. Strong attention to detail is key to ensure accuracy and quality in all work.

Shifts available:

  • Thursday - Sunday, 6:00am - 4:30pm

  • Tuesday - Saturday 6:30am - 3:00pm

  • Tuesday - Saturday, 7pm to 3:30am (limited spots and you must be available for training from 5pm to 1:30am)

Duties:

  • · Perform end to end document processing across all core functions

  • · Meet or exceed quality and productivity standards

  • · Demonstrate high level of focus and attention to detail, ensuring strong quality standards to minimize rework

  • · Readily adapts to changes in daily work assignments

  • · Safely operate mail center automated equipment; to include troubleshooting and escalation

  • · Escalate observed issues timely and appropriately

  • · Operate within a highly regulated, high security environment; adhere to all departmental and corporate policies and procedures, dress code, client requirements and compliance guidelines

  • · Actively contribute to a positive team environment and culture

  • · Treat everyone with dignity and respect

Requirements:

  • · Good basic computer skills; proficiency with typing and ability to do or learn Data Entry

  • · High school diploma or GED

  • · Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and agility to sit, stand, bend and lift

  • · U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency (green card) is a prerequisite for this position

  • · Must be able to speak/write/understand English

  • · Must pass an extensive background check including criminal and credit

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
