What You’ll Do

  • Execute high-volume plating and preparation with speed, precision, and presentation standards.
  • Follow recipes to ensure consistency in taste and appearance across salads, sandwiches, burgers, and more.
  • Read and prioritize tickets; adapt to modifications quickly and accurately.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, storage, and sanitation protocols.
  • Uphold kitchen cleanliness at all times—work surfaces, equipment, and common areas.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver efficient, quality service.
