Tax Credit (LIHTC) Apartment Community Manager
Essential Staffing Solutions (ESS) is seeking an experienced Tax Credit (LIHTC) Apartment Community Manager for an immediate opportunity. The ideal candidate will have strong property management experience, LIHTC compliance knowledge, and a proven ability to lead apartment community operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily property operations, occupancy, and resident relations
  • Ensure compliance with all LIHTC regulations and reporting requirements
  • Manage rent collections, renewals, recertifications, and delinquency processes
  • Supervise office and maintenance teams
  • Coordinate vendors, maintenance projects, and community inspections
  • Resolve resident concerns and maintain high customer service standards
  • Monitor property performance, budgets, and financial reporting
Qualifications:
  • 1–2+ years of Apartment Community Manager experience required
  • 1–2+ years of Tax Credit (LIHTC) property management experience required
