We are seeking a motivated Agent in Training who is eager to learn the insurance business with the long-term goal of agency ownership. This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, high integrity, and a desire to grow both personally and professionally within a top-performing national agency.

Responsibilities
  • Work alongside experienced agents to learn insurance products and processes
  • Participate in client conversations, policy reviews, and sales activities
  • Learn how to analyze coverage needs and clearly explain recommendations
  • Develop sales, communication, and leadership skills
  • Assist with policy applications, endorsements, and claims processing
  • Gain exposure to agency operations and business development
