Job description

TES Staffing is thrilled to partner with a small, independent school located in Rochester, that focuses on joyfully celebrating children with special health care needs.  We are actively seeking Teacher Aides in both Full and Part time roles.
Details:
Hourly, Monday - Friday 
Pay: $20-25/hr.  Will consider higher rates of pay for candidates who have experience with medically fragile students and classroom experience. 
Temp to Hire: excellent benefits to include:

Job Duties:
  • Teacher Aides thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment and bring energy, patience, compassion, and creativity to their tasks
  • Successful Teacher Aides are engaged learners and observers, who encourage progress in measured increments, not just major milestones
  • TA’s never hesitate to help out where needed and seek opportunities to learn from their team members, the children entrusted in their care and internal team

Qualifications :
  • Minimum two years of relevant field experience, supporting children in early childhood setting.
  • Relevant college degree
  • Pre-employment background screen is required
