Status: Part-time (15 hours/week)

Pay: $20/hr

Looking for a part-time gig that keeps you energized? Want your weekends, holidays, and summers completely free?

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable After-School Program Leaders to join our aftercare team. If you love working with kids, thrive in a high-energy environment, and want a consistent schedule that leaves your mornings and nights wide open, this is the perfect fit. Whether you're a college student, a parent, a retiree, or someone looking for a rewarding side hustle, we want to hear from you.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

You aren't just babysitting; you are the highlight of the kids' afternoon. From 3:00 to 6:00 PM, you will:

Bring the energy: Lead fun group games, arts and crafts, outdoor play, and team-building activities.

Be a helping hand: Assist kids with basic homework questions and help them transition smoothly from the school day to afternoon fun.

Keep things running smoothly: Supervise kids to ensure everyone stays safe, included, and heard.

Build connections: Create a warm, welcoming environment where kids can wind down, make friends, and be themselves after a long school day.

Why You'll Love This Job

Perfect, predictable hours: 15 hours a week, Monday through Friday. No late nights, no weekends, and you get school holidays off.

Active and fun: You won't be staring at a screen or stuck behind a cash register. You'll be moving, playing, and laughing.

Resume builder: Perfect experience for anyone pursuing careers in education, recreation, psychology, or youth development.

A community that cares: Join a supportive team of people who genuinely love making a difference in kids' lives.

Who You Are

You genuinely enjoy kids: You are patient, encouraging, and don't mind a little noise and high energy.

You are reliable: Our kids count on us to be there every day. Punctuality and dependability are absolute musts.

You are a strong communicator: You can confidently guide groups of children and chat professionally with parents at pickup.

The basics: Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check. First Aid/CPR certification is a big plus (or a willingness to get certified upon hiring).
