  • BA/BS Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field (required)
  • Experience (5+ years) executing relevant HR functions, preferably in an industrial setting
  • Experience with and proven knowledge of US and PA labor laws
  • Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP and KRONOS
  • Experience and proven knowledge of cGMP and ISO standards (preferred)
  • Detail oriented approach and service oriented mindset
  • Robust communication skills (written / oral) including the ability to read/speak English
  • Ability and willingness to work in fast-paced, matrix structured organization


Summary / Responsibilities

  • Foster strong working relationships between employees and HR; seek to be first point of contact for employee matters/issues
  • Provide support to managers, supervisors and employees regarding employee relations
  • Recruit and lead the entire talent acquisition process for all open job vacancies, both permanent and temporary placements
  • Maintain employee files with proper documentation of changes in compensation, position, benefits, training and disciplinary action
  • Update HR SAP and HR Org-Management to maintain information and document accuracy
  • Conduct specific HR tasks, including hiring/staffing, administering benefits, new hire orientation, monitoring absenteeism, timekeeping, etc.
  • Support FMLA, short-term disability and workerโ€™s compensation
  • Manage department initiatives and projects, while satisfying applicable milestones and goals
  • Coordinate and roll-out/execute site employee activities
  • Recommend continuous improvement measures regarding policies and/or procedures, while ensuring adherence to all labor laws and regulations regarding employment relationship
  • Manage payroll tasks and payroll system [Kronos]
  • Support safety/EHS directives and maintain a clean and safe workspace; follow cGMP
  • Perform other duties as assigned
