Job description

A waste and recycling service provider is adding a temp-to-hire General Labor member to their grounds crew team! As a General Laborer, the majority of your job will be located outside and in the elements handling gravel, sand and dirt. 
It's a great opportunity to earn full-time pay with a consistent schedule and get your foot in the door with a global company.
General Labor Job Duties:
 
  • Picking up trash and debris around the facility
  • Sweeping and cleaning the unloading area using shovels, rakes or water sprayers
  • Directing trucks and customer vehicles where to go and where to unload
  • Separating certain materials from waste as needed
You will be successful if you enjoy working outdoors and like being active.

Schedule: Thursday- Monday, 8:30 am-5 pm
General Labor Requirements:
 
  • Able to stand 8 hours per day 
  • Ability to load and unload items that weigh 50lbs 
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Steel Toed Boots
  • Comfortable working in a recycling environment in the elements and with different smells
Pay: $18 per hour with pay increase upon permanent hire
