Job description

Pay: $18.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience and assignment
Schedule: Varies by project and client needs
Location: Hillsboro/Portland Metro Area

LaborMAX Staffing is looking for hardworking and dependable Landscaping Laborers to assist with a variety of landscaping and outdoor projects. This is a temporary position, with opportunities for additional assignments based on performance and available work.



Job Duties

  • Perform general landscaping and grounds maintenance
  • Assist with mowing, edging, weeding, raking, and leaf removal
  • Help with planting, mulching, and spreading materials
  • Assist with yard and property cleanup
  • Load, unload, and move landscaping materials and equipment
  • Use basic landscaping tools and equipment safely
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Desired Skills

  • Previous landscaping, grounds maintenance, or general labor experience preferred, but not required
  • Experience using basic landscaping tools and equipment is a plus
  • Knowledge of mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, planting, and yard cleanup is helpful
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical work for extended periods
