Job description

We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team on 1st shift. In this role, you will set up and operate a variety of automatic and semi-automatic machines, including robotic assembly equipment used in the production process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm
Starting pay rate of $18/hr.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing equipment with accuracy and quality
  • Feed materials into machinery and pull finished products from the production line
  • Adjust machine settings and perform minor repairs as needed
  • Accurately follow and interpret instructions and technical drawings
  • Complete production and testing documentation with a high level of accuracy
  • Meet production routing times for assigned jobs after training
  • Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing processes
  • Be willing to work overtime with little to no notice when required
