Vos defis avec nous:

  • Aider les gestionnaires de projet avec les taches administratives et le soutien aux propositions / projets selon la demande et maintenir des relations interpersonnelles appropriees avec les employes, les pairs et les clients;
  • Preparer et editer la correspondance, les communications, les presentations et autres documents;
  • Assurer la liaison avec le personnel interne a tous les niveaux;
  • Effectuer un large eventail de fonctions administratives diversifiees, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, repondre au telephone, photocopier, courrier, coursiers, classement et traitement de texte;
  • Demontrer un haut niveau d'expertise dans Microsoft Office et agir en tant que ressource pour le bureau;
  • Aider les membres du bureau dans l'elaboration de formulaires et l'affichage des donnees;
  • Redaction, relecture et mise en forme de la correspondance, des rapports, des presentations, des propositions et d'autres documents, selon les attributions;
  • Conservez le temps du personnel en lisant, en recherchant et en acheminant la correspondance, redaction de lettres et de documents, collecte d'informations, lancer des appels;
  • Traiter les factures des comptes fournisseurs;
  • Suivi / mise a jour des comptes debiteurs et enregistrement des recus de paiement;
  • Saisie du temps et des depenses pour le personnel sur place et approbation du temps;
  • Preparatifs de voyage.

Votre profil:

  • Formation collegiale ou experience equivalente;
  • 3+ ans d'experience administrative dans un environnement de travail professionnel;
  • Competences informatiques intermediaires a avancees, y compris MS Office;
  • Excellentes capacites de coordination et de planification;
  • Excellentes competences de communication verbale et ecrite;
  • Bilingue - francais et anglais;
  • Motivation, initiative et capacite de travailler efficacement avec tous les niveaux organisationnels; Capacite d'apprentissage rapide;
  • Bien organise avec de bonnes competences interpersonnelles;
  • Personne soucieuse du detail s'assurant que le travail est toujours execute avec le plus haut degre de precision;
