Key Responsibilities
Full Stack Development
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java (Spring Boot) for backend and React for frontend.
Build RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot and/or Node.js.
Develop responsive, performant, and user-friendly UI components using modern React frameworks and libraries.
Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
AI-Driven SDLC Acceleration
Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, code assistants, automated testing tools) to:
Accelerate code generation and refactoring
Improve code quality and documentation
Boost productivity in design, development, and testing phases
Implement AI-assisted test automation, bug detection, and CI/CD enhancements.
Champion adoption of AI best practices across development workflows.
DevOps & Quality
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release processes.
Ensure best practices for code quality, security, and maintainability.
Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in full stack development.
Strong proficiency in:
Java / Spring Boot
React.js (Hooks, Redux, modern patterns)
Node.js
Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
AI & Modern Engineering Skills (Required)
Practical experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)
Familiarity with integrating AI into SDLC processes such as:
Code generation
Automated testing
Documentation
Debugging
Understanding of how AI improves developer productivity and software quality.
