To thrive as a Temporary Java Developer, you need strong proficiency in Java programming, object-oriented design, and experience with frameworks like Spring or Hibernate, typically supported by a relevant degree or certification. Familiarity with development tools such as Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEA, version control systems like Git, and build automation systems is commonly required.
