Job description

Job Title: Senior Lead Software Engineer (Enterprise Cloud & Full-Stack)
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead Software Engineer to drive the development and modernization of mission-critical enterprise applications. In this role, you will be a key technical architect and individual contributor, translating complex business requirements into scalable, cloud-native solutions. You will lead the design and implementation of large-scale systems, overseeing everything from RESTful API architecture to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployments. The ideal candidate is a full-stack expert with deep AWS proficiency and a proven track record of delivering stable, high-performance applications in an agile, DevSecOps-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Full-Stack Development: Design, code, and test enhancements for large-scale, highly complex systems using Java/Spring for the back-end and Angular/TypeScript for the front-end.
โ€ข Cloud Architecture & Migration: Lead cloud adoption and migration initiatives, leveraging a broad suite of AWS technologies (ECS, RDS, Lambda, SQS) to build resilient infrastructure.
โ€ข API & Database Engineering: Architect robust RESTful services and manage complex data environments across Oracle and AWS PostgreSQL, including advanced PL/SQL development.
โ€ข Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
โ€ข DevSecOps Integration: Drive quality and security through automated pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, SonarQube, and Fortify.
โ€ข Performance & Reliability: Lead performance and stress testing efforts to ensure system stability. Coordinate root cause analysis for complex technical issues.
โ€ข Technical Mentorship: Provide guidance to team members, promoting software design patterns and engineering best practices across the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements
โ€ข Experience: * 5+ years of professional experience with Java and enterprise frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).
โ€ข 5+ years of experience with Angular, TypeScript, and/or Node.js.
โ€ข 5+ years of experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL.
โ€ข Technical Mastery:
โ€ข Extensive experience with AWS (specifically ECS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, and Lambda).
โ€ข Hands-on experience with Terraform and CI/CD tools (Maven, Jenkins, GitLab).
โ€ข Proven track record in delivering mission-critical applications and cloud migrations.
โ€ข Education & Certifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
โ€ข Preferred: AWS Certified Developer or AWS Cloud Practitioner.
