Technical Lead – Full Stack
Location: Lake Mary, FL (Hybrid – Minimum 3 Days In Office)
A growing technology organization is seeking a seasoned Technical Lead – Full Stack to architect, build, and scale cloud-native applications while leading a distributed engineering team across the US and India. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who thrives in modern full stack environments and enjoys mentoring engineers, driving technical strategy, and building highly scalable applications.
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $150,000 – $175,000
• 20% annual bonus based on company and individual performance
• Hybrid schedule – minimum 3 days onsite in Lake Mary, FL
• Leadership opportunity managing a team of 8+ engineers across the US and India
• High-impact role reporting directly to Product Engineering leadership
What You’ll Do
• Collaborate with product teams, operations, and customers to define and develop product requirements
• Design, architect, and lead development of scalable full stack applications and APIs
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering teams
• Lead code reviews and maintain engineering best practices and development standards
• Develop modern, responsive React frontends and scalable backend services
• Optimize database design, performance, and complex relational data models
• Architect and maintain AWS cloud-native infrastructure
• Write and maintain automated unit and integration tests
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, resilient software solutions
Required Qualifications
• 12+ years of overall software engineering experience
• 4–5+ years of experience leading engineering or delivery teams
• Strong expertise in Java, Scala, or Kotlin
• Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and related technologies
• Hands-on frontend experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Advanced SQL skills with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL
• Significant experience building and operating cloud-native applications on AWS
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, testing, and code quality
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code
• Experience with Playwright, Cypress, or other end-to-end testing frameworks
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Background supporting high-traffic production environments
