We're seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer / Technical Team Lead to serve as the primary software developer on a small engineering team supporting a major enterprise technology modernization initiative.

This is primarily a hands-on software engineering role (approximately 80% software development and 20% technical leadership). The successful candidate will serve as the team's lead developer while working closely with project leadership and providing day-to-day technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews for a small team of software engineers.

This position is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys writing high-quality code, solving difficult technical problems, mentoring other developers, and helping establish modern software engineering practices that will support the organization for years to come.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary hands-on software developer for the engineering team.
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software applications and backend services.
