Opportunity:

The Temporary Front Desk Coordinator will play a key role in the continued growth and success of the company. Working with the entire organization, you will provide amazing customer service by exemplifying the Radio Flyer Values for all internal and external customers.

Specific Responsibilities Include:
  • Maintaining the Heritage Area and making a lasting impression on all guests.
  • Providing full-range customer service to all internal and external customers/callers/guests via phone, fax, email, mail, and internet and in person.
  • Handling large volume of phone calls to route calls and respond to all aspects of customers' and sales representative inquiries or requests (orders, product information/assembly, stock status, pricing, shipping information etc).
  • Maintaining the office space and café to ensure supplies are stocked and organized.
  • Partnering with the Customer Service team by fielding consumer emails and responding to on-line reviews.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Possess a Professional Speaking Voice and Excellent Telephone Etiquette. Be an Exceptional Listener with Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
  • Must be an Initiative Taker, be Self-Directing and a Team Player.
  • Must be an effective problem solver.
