Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated General Laborers for projects located in or around Little Rock, AR.ย  This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $18-$22/hour based on experience and skill level.ย  If you are a General Laborer eager to grow and learn in the trades alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to launch your career!

Job Scope:ย ย ย ย ย 

  • Clean and prep work areas
  • load/unload building materials
  • dig trenches
  • build temporary structures such as scaffolding
  • assist with drywall installation
  • assist with paint prep
  • heavy lifting
  • assist with carpentry duties such as hardware installation and finish work
  • operate hand and power tools for assembly work
  • assist journeyman on site
  • job site clean up

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience on a construction site
  • Reliable transportation
  • No holes in clothing
  • PPE such as hard hats, steel toe boots, safety glasses and hi visual vest
