Basic Function
This is a professional expert, short term temporary hourly opportunity.
The Kern Community College District's is seeking Trainers / Instructors to conduct not-for-credit job skills training for clients throughout Kern County. We are looking for instructors with industry experience and some training experience to conduct training for entry-level Logistics and Warehouse skills.
Minimum Qualifications
An associate's degree or bachelor's degree desirable.
Knowledge & Abilities
ABILITY TO:
  • Meet schedules and timelines.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Travel as required
  • Establish good working relationships with a variety of individuals and organizations and facilitate inter-organizational cooperation.
  • Learn College and District organization and applicable operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Utilize internet research, computer word processing, electronic mail, and spreadsheet programs.
  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
