Job description

Temporary Receptionist
LHH is seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact, providing a welcoming and professional first impression at our client's highly secure facility in Columbia, MD. This position is responsible for managing the front desk, providing clerical support, and maintaining a tidy and organized reception area. The ideal candidate will be available immediately for a temporary position in Columbia, MD.
Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and Assisting: warmly welcome guests, adhere to security protocols by ensuring all visitors sign in
  • Maintaining Reception and Breakroom areas: Keep the reception, conference room and breakroom areas clean, organized, and presentable, stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Provide support to various divisions with clerical tasks, vendor communications, Purchase Orders submissions, and luncheons
Your qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience as a receptionist, hospitality or customer service
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook)
  • Working with SAP is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
