OVERNIGHT FRONT DESK ADMINISTRATOR: YOUR ROLE
As an Overnight Front Desk Administrator at our retirement community, you start your shift by ensuring the community is safe, secure, and ready for any late-night activity. You greet residents and visitors with a friendly smile, helping with any questions or needs they have. Throughout the night, you handle incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and manage various administrative tasks such as logging visitor information, maintaining records, and keeping an eye on office supplies. You also conduct security checks, ensuring everything stays calm and safe. With a balance of customer service and safety responsibilities, each night brings something new, and you have all the training and support needed to excel.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
YOUR HOURS AS AN OVERNIGHT FRONT DESK ADMINISTRATOR
Join our team as a receptionist, where you can choose between full-time or part-time hours. This exciting administrative role offers overnight shifts from 11 pm to 7 am and requires availability on weekends.
