Job description

ESG is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Presentation Specialist to support our marketing and business development teams with the creation, formatting, and enhancement of high-impact presentations on a temporary basis. In order to be considered, attach or link your portfolio to your applicant profile. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has an exceptional eye for visual storytelling, layout, and brand consistency.

The specialist will work closely with marketing and sales teams to transform complex information into clear, compelling presentations used for client meetings, executive briefings, and proposal submissions. This is a temporary position focused on presentation development and production. This is a flexible, part-time position (15–30 hours per week).

Applicants are ideally available to work between 9-12 ET daily (at minimum) and must be available to attend occasional video meetings during that time. Exact working hours can be determined. This is a temporary that may be extended.

Essential Functions Design and build professional presentations (pptx, canva, and others) for sales, leadership, and marketing initiatives Apply brand standards consistently across all presentations Create custom charts, diagrams, timelines, and visual frameworks Reformat and enhance existing presentations for clarity and impact Translate rough content, notes, or documents into clear, visually compelling slides Support proposal and client presentation development under tight timelines Ensure final deliverables are polished, accurate, and client-ready Ideal Candidate Is obsessed with making slides look amazing Can take messy content and turn it into clean, executive-ready visuals Works quickly and independently Background, Skills & Experience Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint Expert-level proficiency in Canva Strong visual design skills including layout, typography, and information hierarchy Ability to convert complex material into simple, engaging visuals Exceptional attention to detail and formatting consistency Ability to work quickly under deadlines Preferred Qualifications B2B Professional Services Familiarity with sales enablement materials Experience creating icons, infographics, or custom graphics Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools Experience working within corporate brand guidelines Benefits Professional growth and development programs including tuition reimbursement Comprehensive health, dental, vision insurance plans and wellness plans for employee and your family Life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and supplemental benefits 401(k) Savings Plan Nine Paid Holidays Paid Vacation and Personal/Sick Leave Paid Parental Leave for the birth, adoption, or placement of a child/children Highly competitive salaries and incentive structure ESG is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
