Job Summary 

Grande Fond du Lac is seeking our next Emerging Technology Engineer! In this role, you will partner closely with our Business Technology teams to design, develop, enhance, and support solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and other Enterprise applications. You will play a key role in delivering innovative business solutions, managing projects through the software development lifecycle, and helping to implement emerging technologies including automation, cloud-based services, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to improve business operations.

As a member of our Business Technology team, you will provide application support, troubleshoot complex issues, participate in solution design and code reviews, and ensure high-quality, scalable deployments through Agile and DevOps best practices. What you need to be considered for the role:

  • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field required. An equivalent level of experience may be considered.
  • Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years relevant experience in the development, maintenance and support of business applications; or
  • Associate’s degree and five (5) years relevant experience in the development, maintenance and support of business applications required.
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining and supporting vendor provided business applications.
  • Demonstrated aptitude to lead small to mid-size projects.
  • Proficient with Microsoft development tools (Visual Studio, VSCode, DevOps, SSIS), frameworks (.NET Core, C#, Etc.). Some proficiency with Azure Cloud PaaS services (AppService, Azure SQL, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, etc.). Basic exposure to Microsoft SaaS offerings including but not limited to Microsoft Dynamics D365(FnO &CRM) is beneficial.
