Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop schedules within applicable operations platform for each individual seasonal team member to accurately reflect their available work hours and scheduled work hours.
  • Maintain and update schedules to support the business needs of the Peak season labor hours, shifting gears on occasion when directed.
  • Outreach to seasonal team members to increase scheduled hours as requested by Operations Leadership.
  • Promptly monitor and respond to messages on the platform dash board in a professional manner
  • Proactively communicating with other team members in the event a message is sent that requires hand off or notification to other parties to ensure streamlined operations.
  • Communication as needed to team members regularly regarding their scheduled shifts.
  • Monitor and correct team member time clock punches as directed.
  • Answer team member questions, assist with printing schedules.
  • General support with other administrative tasks as requested
  • Other duties as required

 Please note: This position is scheduled for a planned rate adjustment on September 6, 2026 (final rate to be finalized prior to effective date).

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications: Post-secondary degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field

Available 32+ hours/week

Available weekends
