DescriptionJob Interest Sheet Division/Department: AccountingLocation: Greeley, Co Beef PlantJob title: Accounting Specialist (Temporary)(This position requires an internal application for current JBS employees)Reports to: Accounting Supervisor for Billing, Invoicing, & ExportsNonexempt Hourly Rate:$23.00Type of position:Full-timeNonexempt(Temporary)Hours:B Shift / 2st shiftGeneral Description:Job responsibilities:Creating manifestsBilling orders as they close (leave) shippingResolve any discrepancy preventing the bill with shipping departmentGenerate invoicesconfirm pricing, pallets, freight rates, and PO numbersUpdate tracking spreadsheets daily Prepare and handle export documentsOther clerical duties as assignedSystems Used: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, ECS, and a 10-key calculator are used daily.
