Job Title: Forklift Operator / Warehouse Specialist

Company: Norbeck Technologies, Inc.

Work Location: Pueblo Distribution Center, 31451 United Avenue / 31700 Excellence Avenue West, Pueblo, CO 81001 (On-site)

Job Type: Full-Time (7 positions available)

Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Overtime as needed)

Security Clearance: Background Check required

About the Role

Norbeck Technologies is hiring Forklift Operators / Warehouse Specialists to execute order pick/pack/ship operations at the GPO Pueblo Distribution Center in Pueblo, CO.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick, pack, and ship federal publications and products using warehouse management software.

Safely operate forklifts, stock pickers, scissor lifts, and material handling equipment (MHE).

Load/unload freight trucks and restock warehouse bins according to SOPs.

Perform regular cycle counts and maintain warehouse organization and safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1 year of warehouse and forklift operation experience.

Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Valid Driver's License and ability to obtain/maintain MHE certification.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Must pass background check and drug screening.
