Employment Type: Temporary - approximately 12 months

Must be a US citizen and legally authorized to work in the US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze account information and transaction history to identify suspicious activity.
  • Research and document fraud cases accurately.
  • Contact members and internal departments when additional information is needed.
  • Follow established fraud prevention and investigation procedures.
  • Escalate suspicious activity and complex cases as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate case notes, records, and supporting documentation.
  • Protect confidential member and financial information.
  • Meet productivity, accuracy, and service-level expectations.
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve fraud-related issues.
