Position Summary:
OptimizeRx is seeking a full-time temporary HR Generalist/Business Partner to provide leave coverage and support the HR team for approximately six months.
As the temporary HR Generalist/Business Partner, your primary responsibility is to provide temporary HR support ensuring continuity of key HR tasks related to the employee experience including, recruiting, onboarding, training, employee recognition, and system administration.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively source, engage and recruit top talent for open positions.
  • Coordinate recruiting activities, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
  • Manage the new hire onboarding and employee offboarding processes, including orientation, ensuring smooth transitions and consistent experiences across the organization.
  • Manage the exit interview process.
  • Manage the complete performance review cycle, including system administration, communication rollouts, and completion tracking.
  • Respond to and resolve employee HR-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Partner with other HR team members on benefits administration and ensure employees are informed about their benefits options during onboarding and throughout the year as questions arise.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Support and promote adherence to HR policies and procedures to maintain legal compliance.
  • Manage and support employee recognition programs (Milestones, SPARK, etc.) and workplace culture initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Support people-focused training initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on company policies, performance management and employee relation matters.
  • Assist with the implementation, testing, and adoption of new HR software systems, including supporting employee training, troubleshooting, and process documentation.
  • Assist with ongoing HR projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
  • Ensure a positive work environment and promote open communication.
  • Support audit and report requests as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, human resources or related field
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification preferred
  • 5-7 years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Paycor HRIS experience required
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, employment law, and best practices
  • Familiarity with multi-state labor laws
  • Talent acquisition experience preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
