         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Watering, <\/span>fertilizing, <\/span>grooming <\/span>and <\/span>topdressing.<\/span><\/span>

Six (6) <\/span>months prior experience doing <\/span>grounds work, <\/span>such as <\/span>mowing greens <\/span>or grass <\/span>in a golf <\/span>course setting or other specialized landscape environment as <\/span>well as understanding the game of golf. <\/span>Basic English required.<\/span>

One <\/span>worksite <\/span>located <\/span>at <\/span>101 <\/span>Main <\/span>Street <\/span>West, <\/span>White <\/span>Sulphur <\/span>Springs, <\/span>WV, <\/span>no <\/span>other <\/span>worksites. <\/span>On\-the\-job training is provided.<\/span>

Wage: Employer will pay the prevailing wage of $15.30 <\/span>Overtime is available and guaranteed at no <\/span>less than $22.95 per hour. All wages will be paid bi\-weekly.<\/span><\/span>

Schedule: 35 hours per week minimum. <\/span>Work schedule can vary and can include evening and weekend hours. <\/span>Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Work hours and shifts vary.<\/span><\/span>

A <\/span>single <\/span>workweek <\/span>will <\/span>be <\/span>used <\/span>to <\/span>compute <\/span>wages <\/span>due. <\/span>Wages <\/span>are <\/span>paid <\/span>bi\-weekly.<\/span><\/span>

All deductions from paycheck will be made in accordance with and as required by law including but not limited proper <\/span>deduction to ensure wages <\/span>do not <\/span>improperly fall <\/span>below prevailing wage.<\/span>

If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will pay directly for and\/or reimburse <\/span>workers for <\/span>transportation and <\/span>subsistence <\/span>from the <\/span>place <\/span>of <\/span>recruitment <\/span>to <\/span>the <\/span>place <\/span>of work. <\/span>Upon <\/span>completion <\/span>of <\/span>the <\/span>work <\/span>contract <\/span>or <\/span>where <\/span>the <\/span>worker <\/span>is <\/span>dismissed <\/span>earlier, <\/span>employer <\/span>will<\/span>
<\/p>\n <\/div>
<\/span><\/span>

provide <\/span>or <\/span>pay <\/span>for <\/span>worker's <\/span>reasonable <\/span>costs <\/span>of <\/span>return <\/span>transportation <\/span>and <\/span>subsistence <\/span>back <\/span>home <\/span>or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent <\/span>employment <\/span>with <\/span>another <\/span>employer. <\/span>The <\/span>employer <\/span>will <\/span>pay <\/span>directly <\/span>for <\/span>and\/or <\/span>reimburse workers <\/span>for all reasonable <\/span>inbound <\/span>transportation <\/span>and <\/span>subsistence <\/span>costs <\/span>within <\/span>the <\/span>first <\/span>workweek. <\/span>The <\/span>employer will pay directly for and\/or reimburse <\/span>workers for all reasonable <\/span>outbound <\/span>transportation <\/span>and subsistence costs during the last workweek. <\/span>The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances <\/span>involved. <\/span>Daily <\/span>subsistence <\/span>will <\/span>be <\/span>provided <\/span>at <\/span>a <\/span>rate <\/span>of <\/span>$16.28 <\/span>per <\/span>day <\/span>during <\/span>travel <\/span>to <\/span>a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.<\/span>

The employer <\/span>guarantees <\/span>to <\/span>offer work for <\/span>hours equal to at <\/span>least <\/span>three fourths <\/span>of the workdays <\/span>in each 12\-week period of the total employment period.<\/span>
<\/p>

The employer will <\/span>provide workers <\/span>at no charge all <\/span>tools, supplies, and equipment <\/span>required to perform <\/span>the job.<\/span>
<\/p>

 
<\/p>

H\-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by government (excluding passport fees).<\/span>
