Monday - Friday.
Full Time.
Above Market Pay. ($30 per hour)
The Role:
Three or four days a week, you'll drive our 26-foot box truck or Sprinter Van from our warehouse in Highland, NY, into Manhattan, then work alongside our design team to transform luxury listings into sellable spaces. The other days, you're back at the warehouse,ย  prepping, inspecting, wrapping, and staging inventory so every install day goes smoothly. No two installs are the same, and the work demands someone who takes real pride in the details.
What You'll Be Doing:
This is not a moving company gig. We're an award-winning, nationally recognized home staging firm, and the person in this role is a specialist trusted to execute at a high level without hand-holding.
Your days will look like this:
  • Drive and navigate a 26-foot box truck or Sprinter Van through Manhattan, city streets, loading zones, and tight turns
  • Assemble and place furniture with intention, ensuring every piece lands exactly where it should.
  • Hang artwork, mirrors, and wall dรฉcor cleanly and securely using proper tools and techniques.
  • Handle light carpentry, touch-ups, and on-the-spot problem-solving as installs demand.
  • Take direction from our design team on-site and represent our brand inside some of the most beautiful properties in the city.
  • On warehouse days, load, inspect, wrap, and stage inventory so every install day runs without a hitch.

Why This Job Is Different:

  • Monday through Friday schedule, full-time.
  • A tight-knit team where people stay because the work is good and so is the culture.
  • Career growth inside a company dedicated to excellence in the luxury home staging industry.

What We're Looking For We need someone with a specific skill set and a high standard for their own work.ย
  • Proven experience driving a 26-foot box truck in Manhattan โ€” required.
  • Valid DOT medical card and a clean driver's license.
  • Solid furniture assembly skills and the physical ability to move heavy pieces safely.
  • Home base within 30 to 45 minutes of New Paltz, NY.
  • High attention to detail, you notice what's off and fix it before anyone asks.

Bonus points for experience in any of the following: carpentry, furniture repair, white-glove delivery, cabinetry, or art handling.
How to Apply: We read every application carefully, and we're looking for people who take this seriously. To be considered:
  • Send a resume and a brief letter of interest.
  • In your letter, tell us about your Manhattan driving experience, a moment you took real pride in a job, and what draws you to this type of work.
  • Applications without a letter of interest will not be reviewed.
  • All finalists will complete a background check, DMV search, drug test, and medical exam.
