In this role, you will be an essential part of our day-to-day operations, supporting a fast-paced real estate business through courier responsibilities, general administrative support, and hands-on assistance with home staging. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, is highly organized, and takes pride in presenting homes at their best. You will play a key role in helping create a seamless and elevated experience for clients, while gaining valuable, behind-the-scenes insight into the real estate industry. We offer a supportive, team-oriented environment where reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail are highly valued. Compensation: • $20/hour (weekdays) • $25/hour (evenings and weekends) Schedule Requirements: Flexible availability is essential, including occasional evenings and weekends based on business needs. Responsibilities: • Deliver and pick up staging items such as furniture, decor, and signage to and from various properties. • Ensure all staging items are properly arranged and set up in each property according to the staging plan. • Coordinate with the real estate team to schedule timely deliveries and pick-ups. • Assist in maintaining inventory of staging items and report when supplies need to be replenished. • Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the staging items storage area. • Various tasks to keep projects moving forward, and that contribute to keeping homes looking their best. Qualifications: • Experience in logistics or delivery roles, ensuring timely and efficient service. • Ability to lift and move furniture and decor items safely and effectively. • Proven track record of maintaining organization in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and clients. • Attention to detail in arranging and setting up staging items according to design plans. • Familiarity with basic inventory management and reporting procedures. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and schedules.
