Position Title:ย Call Center Agent I
Location:ย Colorado Springs, CO

Schedule:ย 40 hours per week, schedule set by supervisor

Job Summary: Theย Call Center Agentย Iย worksย with the call center team to connect with established and new clients who make calls to Diversus Health. This team will provide a variety of support services to ensureย the day-to-day operations in a healthcare environment servicing all clients. This position serves as the first point of contact for virtual enrollment clients for Same Day Access. This position must be flexible withย the businessย needs and report daily with a can-do attitude.ย ย ย 

Essential Functions:ย 

  • Manage the daily operations of inbound and outbound calls.ย 

  • Triageย appropriate callsย toย Prescriberย and Scheduling Management team for scheduling.ย 

  • Manage incoming chats.ย 

  • Answerย general questionsย and enter contact notes documenting theย service provided.ย 

  • Leverage the value of every call.ย 

  • Seeksย andย maintainsย efficiencies for Diversus Healthโ€™sย Call Centerย processes.ย 

  • Develops andย maintainsย strong internal/ external working relationships and communication.ย 

  • Attends and completes all required job-specificย trainingsย and meetings as designated.ย 

  • Maintain a positive work environment.ย 

  • Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and company policies ensuringย timelyย adherence to meet standards.ย ย 

  • Acts as a patient/client advocateย at all timesย by ensuring they receive the best operational experience and quality customer service that meets their individual needs and preferences.ย ย

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:ย 

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.ย 

  • Strong work experience inย customerย service industry, preferably 2+ years.ย 

  • Excellent data entry skillsย 

  • Excellent computer skills, with extensive experience usingย programย within Microsoft Office, to include Word, Outlook and Excel preferred.ย 

  • Must be ableย to consistentlyย stay calm while interacting with clients.ย 

  • Electronic Health Records experienceย isย a plus.ย 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.ย 

  • Excellent organizational skills.ย 

  • Ability toย maintainย sensitive and confidential information.ย 

  • Strong ability to interact successfully with a variety of individuals.ย 

  • Strong knowledge of Release of Information process, preferred.ย
