The Winter Temporary RN Program is more than a seasonal opportunity. It's a chance to earn supplemental income while building relationships, expanding your acute care experience, and showcasing your skills within one of the region's leading healthcare organizations. Many participants use this program to explore different specialty areas, strengthen their clinical expertise, and position themselves for future career opportunities at ChristianaCare.Whether you're looking to supplement your income, gain exposure to new practice areas, or explore a long-term career with ChristianaCare, this program offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact on patient care.Start with a winter commitment. Program Dates- **Two Options**
  • 24-Week Option: October 25, 2026 - March 13, 2027
  • 12-Week Option: December 6, 2026 - February 27, 2027

Requirements
  • 2 years of recent RN experiencein an acute care hospital setting required

  • Complete two days of orientation
  • Commit to either the 12-week or 24-week program
  • Meet weekend and holiday commitment
