Job description

Calvary Robotics is a growing Global Systems Integrator specializing in custom automated manufacturing systems in a variety of manufacturing industries. We are seeking Controls Engineers to join our team.
Hardware & Software design and debug of industrial controls for various custom automated assembly, test and material handling machines.
  • Execute projects to budgets (both hours and material costs) and timelines following the culture of on-time delivery to mini-milestones.
  • Integral participant /stakeholder in system commissioning and customer acceptance at Calvary.
  • Contribute towards accurate project progress reporting and keeping Project Trackers up to date for tasks assigned.
  • Contribute to Calvary Action Item System (CAIS) and to accurately records risks, cost saving efforts, and scope management.
  • Design Control Software for PLCs, PCs, Industrial HMI's, robotic, steppers, servo motor controls, machine vision, industrial test systems, etc.
  • Design/Specify and Integrate Electrical, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic Control Systems Hardware for Automated Assembly, Test, and Material Handling Systems.
  • Develop accurate Bill of Materials.

Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology, and/or other degrees / demonstrated industry experience
  • PLC/HMI programming - Rockwell (Preferred), Siemens, Beckhoff or other
  • Knowledge of Robotic Control and programming platform
  • Knowledge of Industrial Vision Systems
  • Relevant codes such as NFPA 79, NFPA 70, and CE.

The salary range for this role is $95,000 to $120,000; however, Calvary Robotics considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
