Job description


  • Design, build, and optimize HubSpot automations using workflows, custom-coded actions, APIs, serverless functions, CRM cards, and internal apps

  • Build and maintain integrations between HubSpot and third-party systems using REST APIs, middleware, or custom scripts

  • Develop internal HubSpot apps, CRM cards, and extensions to enhance client portals and user experience

  • Automate data cleanup, property resets, normalization logic, and cross-platform synchronization

  • Support subscription logic, deal automation, lead routing, lifecycle stage updates, and complex CRM schemas and object relationships

  • Partner with Consultants and Solutions Architects to scope, plan, and deliver scalable technical solutions

  • Act as technical lead across multiple client projects simultaneously

  • Take ownership of technical components, including custom-coded actions, API integrations, and data cleanup scripts

  • Contribute to planning and scoping and join client calls when technical context is needed

  • Navigate creative solutions to address HubSpot limitations


Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience building advanced, scalable automations in HubSpot Professional or Enterprise tiers

  • Experience with workflows, custom-coded actions, APIs, and custom objects across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs

  • Proficiency in JavaScript and Python, especially within HubSpot custom-coded actions and serverless functions

  • Experience with HubSpot Functions or Google Cloud Functions

  • Experience integrating HubSpot with third-party tools and middleware via REST APIs, webhooks, Make, Google Apps Script, Zapier, and Google Cloud Platform

  • Working knowledge of React, HTML, and HubL is a plus

  • Experience with process flow tools such as Lucidchart or Miro

  • Strong understanding of system architecture, data modeling, and CRM structures

  • Comfortable with Git and collaborative development workflows

  • Ability to join discovery calls, translate requirements into technical specifications, and deliver clean, documented code

  • Ability to develop reliable, scalable technical solutions aligned with business goals

  • Problem-solving ability including fallback handling, error logging, and rollback strategies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong prioritization and project communication skills

  • Working knowledge of RevOps, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Service operations

  • Familiarity with RevOps processes such as lead management, sales pipelines, and subscriptions

  • Familiarity with RevOps KPIs and reporting needs
