Work you'll do
As a Manager, Data and Insights on the SAP team, you will be responsible for:
  • Manage and deliver components of SAP data and analytics engagements for enterprise clients, supporting business modernization through SAP digital solutions.
  • Lead requirements gathering, solution planning, architecture, testing, implementation, deployment, and hypercare activities for SAP HANA and BW/4HANA-based solutions.
  • Translate functional and technical requirements into project designs, process flows, business blueprint documents, and implementation deliverables.
  • Develop integration strategy and architecture recommendations for SAP HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Data Cloud, and SAP Analytics Cloud within client environments.
  • Drive program coordination, stakeholder management, governance, and issue resolution across global implementation teams and project phases.

Our teams combine industry knowledge, functional experience, and technology capabilities to support first-time implementations, business-led enhancements, and large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs.
Professionals in the practice work with leading organizations across industries to modernize operations, improve process performance, and unlock value through cloud, automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree, or an associate degree plus 10+ years of experience delivering SAP, enterprise data, analytics, or consulting solutions
  • 8+ years of experience supporting solution design and end-to-end implementation delivery for SAP data and analytics programs in a consulting firm, industry environment, or both
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, SAP BW on HANA, or SAP Business Warehouse
  • Participation in 4+ SAP implementation, transformation, or modernization programs, including 2+ programs in a technical architect, data, analytics, or reporting lead role
  • Experience supporting requirements gathering, architecture, build, testing, and deployment across 3+ SAP data and analytics programs
  • Experience producing 3+ implementation deliverable types, such as architecture documents, logical design models, technical design documents, process flow documentation, or test artifacts, and supporting Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, or defect management using JIRA or HP Application Lifecycle Management
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
  • Experience with 2+ SAP S/4HANA-enabled reporting, analytics, or data integration programs
  • Experience with 2+ reporting or analytics platforms, such as SAP BusinessObjects, Microsoft Power BI, SAP Analysis for Office, Tableau, or SAP Business Explorer
  • Experience supporting global or multi-entity SAP analytics programs spanning 2+ business units, divisions, or geographies
  • Experience with 2+ data integration or modeling capabilities, such as Core Data Services views, Open Operational Data Store views, SAP Landscape Transformation, SAP BusinessObjects Data Services, calculation views, stored procedures, or table functions
  • Experience supporting production rollout, hypercare, or defect resolution on 2+ SAP programs
  • SAP Certified Application Associate certification in SAP BW/4HANA or another SAP data and analytics certification
