Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior GIS Applications Specialist to support and maintain enterprise GIS applications and provide technical expertise across geospatial systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with GIS technologies, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Support, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise GIS applications and related systems.
Provide technical guidance and expertise on GIS solutions, integrations, and workflows.
Assist with the configuration, administration, and support of geospatial tools and platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and implement GIS-based solutions.
Deliver presentations, documentation, and user support for GIS applications and processes.
Support service desk operations by resolving GIS-related incidents and requests.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, GIS, or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years supporting GIS applications.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with IT service desk systems.
Prior experience in an engineering or technical services environment.
