  • Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings to determine inspection requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Support Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities by performing inspections and documenting results as needed.
  • Accurately record inspection data, calibration results, and quality findings in accordance with internal quality systems.
  • Identify nonconforming parts and communicate findings clearly to appropriate team members for corrective action.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area within the gauge lab and on the production floor.
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to continuously improve inspection methods, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Multiple openings are available on off-shifts and split shifts, including 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. The facility features a newly acquired, state-of-the-art $2 million gauge lab equipped with a micro CMM capable of 0.6 tolerance, two Zeiss CMMs with 1.6 capabilities, OGP systems, and approximately ten optical inspection units. Team members work within a family-oriented culture where colleagues take an interest in each other’s well-being and career development.
