'Temporary Full Time' refers to a position where an employee works the standard full-time hours (usually 35-40 hours per week) but only for a set period, rather than on a permanent basis. These roles often arise to cover short-term needs such as maternity leave, special projects, or seasonal increases in workload. Temporary full-time employees typically receive similar hours and sometimes comparable benefits as permanent staff, but their employment ends when the temporary period or project concludes.
