About the role
Serve guest needs by the Kitchen by organizing food orders in the window to give to Food Runner. Ensure accuracy of orders, with strong attention to allergies and special requests, effectively communicate with pool servers and kitchen team.
What you will do
  • Inspect and deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Effectively communicate with culinary team and pool team.
  • Communicate with pool team via radio for special requests, clarifying orders, allergies and other support.
  • Assist in clearing, cleaning and brining all dirty dishes and silverware back to stewarding, set-up of expo, lounge chairs, linens, dishes, acrylic glassware and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.
What you bring
  • Minimum six months food & beverage service or related work.
  • Ability to carry and balance a tray.
  • Ability to accurately read food tickets and communicate orders with the kitchen and servers. Interact with guests and maintain a well-organized workspace.
  • Customer service oriented, attention to detail, maintain professionalism and composure in high-paced, high-volume environment, guest recognition and remembering preferences.
