Position Description
As a Finish Blade Operator, you must will be responsible for the following responsibilities;
  • Perform various operator/laborer duties on our projects
  • Safe operation of the Blade and other equipment
  • Motor Grader Operator will be responsible to grade excavation and embankment to lay base and other materials.
  • The Motor Grader Operator may blade haul roads and other general work.
  • In addition to the rough work responsibilities, the Motor Grader Operator will also performs finish grade work to blue tops or other close specification control.
  • Equipment - Caterpillars 140H and John Deere 672GP
  • Other duties as assigned Qualifications

Position Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of finish blade experience.
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Must value and have an appreciation for completing all work duties and assignments safely
  • Must be a team player and be willing to do laborer work
  • Willingness to travel to this and other job sites as necessary
  • Must be willing to work days, nights, weekends, if needed
