Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to ensure the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and internal quality systems, contributing to the production of safe and reliable products. This position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement and excellence in quality management.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to verify product specifications.
  • Utilize coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for detailed dimensional analysis and validation of complex components.
  • Perform quality audits to assess compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, CGMP, HACCP, and FDA regulations.
  • Collect, analyze, and document data related to product quality, inspection results, and process performance for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to quality control procedures, quality assurance protocols, and quality systems standards throughout manufacturing operations.
  • Identify root causes of quality issues through analysis skills and recommend corrective actions to maintain product integrity.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement process improvements aligned with quality management principles.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and demonstrating compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in quality inspection, quality control, or related roles within a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA regulations, and CGMP is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, and operating a vision inspection system.
  • Experience with advanced measurement equipment such as a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and identify trends or deviations.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and experience conducting or participating in quality audits.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications or training in quality assurance, calibration techniques, or metrology are advantageous.
