Seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment working rotating 12-hour day and night shifts with 24โ€“36 hours weekly guaranteed. The RN will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for laboring mothers, newborns, and postpartum patients in a fast-paced Labor & Delivery environment. Responsibilities include maternal-fetal monitoring, high-risk labor support, antepartum care, delivery assistance, newborn stabilization, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Candidates must be comfortable caring for neonatal, adolescent, and adult populations while utilizing evidence-based nursing practices and Epic EMR documentation. Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of Labor & Delivery experience required
High-Risk Labor & Delivery experience required
Fetal Monitoring experience required
Antepartum experience required
Epic EMR experience required
Experience with newborn, adolescent, and adult patient populations required
BLS Certification (AHA or ARC) required
NRP Certification required
Active Minnesota RN License or temporary MN RN license accepted with submission
Required submission documents include:

Skills checklist (within 1 year)
2 supervisory references with employment dates
BLS & NRP certifications
All RTO requests submitted upfront
