Graduate nursing courses or offered online (except for the nurse anesthesia program, which is on site)
Education requirement:
- Doctoral (DNP) Courses: Doctoral degree required (PhD/ DNP). Nurse Anesthetist applicants must hold a CRNA certification.
- Graduate (clinical/didactic) Courses: MSN or graduate degree in pertinent subject area; expertise in area of instruction. Nurse Practitioner applicants must have Advanced Practice certification.
- Academic/professional specialization in the fields of: Nursing education, primary care nurse practitioner, nursing administration, public health nurse, nurse anesthetist or nursing informatics
- Terminal degree in nursing or related field
- Academic and/or clinical practice experience
Faculty may be assigned to provide instruction through distance education.
