Job description

Ponderosa Steakhouse is committed to providing exceptional food choices at an affordable price in a family setting. From our signature steaks and seafood to our buffet consisting of fresh fruits, salads, and desserts, we have a variety of choices to meet every customer need.

Buffet Attendant

The Buffet Attendant ensures our guests are provided fresh, great-tasting food. This role requires you to be very attentive with great time management skills along with the ability to communicate with other areas of the restaurant. Essential functions of the job include:

Work as a team with others to ensure a clean and quality buffet

Serve food at proper temperatures

Replace low or empty containers on the buffet with clean containers full of fresh products

Follow all recipes and procedures
